The apartments Orkula are lapped by the clearest sea in the Adriatic where, due to the natural phenomenon of the Pašman channel, sea tides change four times a day.

ACCESSIBILITY

The island of Pašman is an easily accessible destination. It is well connected with Biograd and Zadar by regular ferryboat lines. The ferry journey from Biograd to Tkon takes 15 minutes, followed by a 15 -minute drive to the apartments. Banj, where the apartments are located, can be also reached from Zadar ferry port Gaženica. The ferry goes to Preko, a small town at the island of Ugljan, which is connected to Pašman by a bridge. From Preko you can reach the apartments in only 15 minutes by car.
